·     Steger Mukluks will not accept any footwear without a return or exchange authorization number.  
       To receive a return or exchange authorization number call 218-365-6634 and ask for the Return & Exchange Department. 
·       Footwear must be in brand new condition.
·       Footwear purchased by mail order, phone or internet may be returned or exchanged, in new condition, within 60 days of ship date.
·       Footwear purchased in our Retail Store may be returned or exchanged, in brand new condition, within 30 days.
·       All returns or exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt.
·       Customer will be charged for all shipping expenses incurred on an Exchange or Return. 
·       All sales on discounted footwear are final.  No exceptions.
