Returns & Exchanges

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY: 

You MUST CALL 218-365-6634 and request an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) to return or exchange. 

Steger Footwear may be returned or exchanged within 60 days of the SHIP DATE, in BRAND NEW CONDITION, accompanied by a RECEIPT and an RMA number assigned to you by us.

Once we receive the footwear, we will inspect them. If they meet the criteria above a credit or exchange will be issued.

Customers will be charged for ALL shipping expenses incurred on an exchange or return.

ALL SALES FINAL on Garage Sale items

Steger Designs, Inc. reserves the right to refuse service or sales to anyone.
